Trying to add a product you're not seeing in the master product list? Take these steps.
At times, there may be products or groups of products that StoneLoads has missed in the product catalog. We are happy to add your products to the list so you can begin adding them to your loads.
- First, try some synonyms. To maintain consistency in naming, products may have been given a slightly more generic name in our system, so try some common synonyms for the product to find it. Think "regular flagging" and "patio flagstone."
- Request a product addition. If you are still unable to find the product you're looking for, you can request that we add it using our Product Request Form. We will get the product in as soon as possible, usually within the hour.
