Marking a load as "shipped" triggers payment into your account. Let's find out how!
Marking a load as shipped is a crucial step after a load leaves your yard. This is the trigger for StoneLoads to pay you for the product you sold. (Although the payment is secured from the buyer when the load is purchased, we cannot release payment till the material has shipped in order to comply with online shopping requirements.)
To mark your load as shipped:
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Select "Pending Pickups" and then choose the load that just left your yard.
- Click "Mark Load As Shipped." At this stage, the amount listed under "Not Paid Out Yet" will change to reflect the payment for the shipped load in transit to your bank.
