To set up your Payment Method, first click 'Account' in the top right corner of your screen then 'My Account' to open all account settings.
From here, you can click "Payments" then "Add Payment Method" button and select either Credit Card or ACH options.
Credit Cards do incur a 2.9% fee on transactions but linking a bank account for ACH payment is available for a fee of only $5 on each load.
To link a bank account simply follow the form and steps by selecting your bank and Stripe will guide you through a simple and secure connection allowing you to pay via ACH and your bank.
If for some reason your bank is not supported by Stripe please reach out to us at support@stoneloads.com and we can manually add a payment method another way.
