How do I set up payouts through Stripe?

In order to get paid for loads you sell on StoneLoads, you must create a Stripe account. Stripe is a leading payment processor used by all sorts of notable brands including Amazon, Google, Zoom, and many, many more.

StoneLoads partnered with Stipe to manage our payment processing. They are a third-party vendor that is in the business of keeping information secure. (If you want to learn more about your stripe account specifically, please check out their knowledge base HERE.)

Stripe goes above and beyond to 1) ensure everyone is exactly who they say they are and 2) keep all our information secure. This is why we chose to partner with them, and you'll need a Stripe account in order to receive secure payments for the products you sell on StoneLoads. 

To set up your own Stripe payouts, you will be prompted with a "Set Up Payouts" banner when you log in. You can also edit payouts by following the "View Stripe Account" link on your dashboard.

Information you need to have when setting up your payouts includes:

  • The bank account and routing number for the desired account you want deposits going to 
  • Your business information:
    • Business type: single-member LLC, multi-member LLC, corporation
    • Persons with over 25% ownership info
    • EIN or SSN if sole proprietorship/individual
  • A cell phone number for two-factor authentication (This is an extra security measure to keep everyone's information safe.)
