The load I received looks different than what I ordered. What should I do?

It's our goal to ensure both buyers and sellers have an excellent experience on our platform every time. We're here to help in the event that an issue arises.

StoneLoads works closely with suppliers to make sure materials are represented accurately. That said, miscommunications, misunderstandings, or clerical errors may still arise.

  • Unintentional errors: If it appears that a small error may have been made (related to piece count, weight, etc.), please contact the supplier directly to make a resolution. Supplier contact information can be found on the order details page.
    If you are unable to reach an agreement with the seller, please contact StoneLoads at support@stoneloads.com with your load number and a brief description of the situation.
